FUTA Registry International Workshop

The Workshop on Higher Educational Administration is designed to bring together participants from across the globe to discuss issues and modern trends on how to leverage on technology for effective and efficient e-administration, promotion and adoption of International Best Standards in Higher Education Administration.

At the National level, FUTA Registry has hosted workshops and conferences that attracted mainly administrators from over 100 Higher Education Institutions. The University has also hosted at several times, International Conferences and has just hosted an International Conference jointly with De Montfort University, Leicester and London Southbank University, London, both in United Kingdom, in March 2016.

OBJECTIVES The objectives of the workshop are to:
(I) Stimulate exchange of ideas on international best practices as it affects HE Administration;
(ii) engender networking and collaboration among participants;
(iii) improve HE human capital development across borders;
(iv) provide participants with means and advantages of effective utilization of teamwork in service delivery in HE;
(v) employ technology in driving contemporary administrative practices in HE; and
(vi) explore funding patterns and effective strategy for adequate funding of HE.
