Consortium of Insurance Brokers and Underwriters Make Donation to FUTA


A consortium of Insurance Brokers and Underwriters recently donated 4 New HP Desktop Computer operating system to the Federal University of Technology Akure (FUTA) in furtherance of its Corporate Social Responsibility. Making the Presentation to the Vice Chancellor, Professor Adenike Oladiji, the lead broker , Mr Adebusuyi Christopher, said the gesture was to also underline the University’s Management fidelity to Insurance Business. He emphasized that FUTA is one the Institutions that is still making Insurance business relevant in concurrence with the laws of the land. The Vice Chancellor appreciated the gesture of the consortium describing it as worthy of emulation by other organizations. Professor Oladiji said the University considers those playing one role or the other as partners in progress. " Under my watch FUTA will continue to support organizations that are adding value to the University as the resources of the University permits," the Vice Chancellor said. The Bursar Mr Julius Adeshoba also expressed appreciation to the team on behalf of the University.
